2.2 Services are subject to availability and may require advance booking.
2.3 All cleaning items must be inspected by the customer before delivery or pickup. We do not accept liability for issues identified after the items have left our premises.
3.1 Payment for services must be made in full at the time of delivery or in accordance with pre-agreed terms.
3.2 We accept payment via cash, credit cards, and other available methods. Any outstanding balance must be settled promptly.
3.3 In the case of non-payment, Major Cleaners reserves the right to withhold delivery of items until the balance is cleared.
4.1 Major Cleaners will take the utmost care in handling your items. However, in the rare event of loss or damage, our liability is limited to a maximum of ten times the cost of cleaning the item.
4.2 We are not liable for any damage to items caused by inherent defects, poor manufacturing, or previous treatments.
4.3 Any claims for loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the cleaned items.
5.1 We follow the care label instructions provided on your items. We will not be responsible for damage to garments that lack a care label or have incorrect instructions.
5.2 If you request specific treatments that contradict the care label instructions, Major Cleaners will not be held liable for any resulting damage.
6.1 We offer pick-up and delivery services for your convenience. Availability may vary based on location.
6.2 Major Cleaners is not responsible for items after they have been delivered to your designated drop-off point.
6.3 It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the items.
7.1 Major Cleaners is committed to protecting your privacy. We will use your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7.2 Your personal data will be used solely for the purposes of managing orders, payments, and communication related to our services.
7.3 We do not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law.
8.1 All content provided by Major Cleaners, including logos, text, and images, is the intellectual property of the company.
8.2 You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website or materials without prior written consent.
9.1 Major Cleaners is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our services, except where such loss or damage is caused by our negligence.
